I’ve been hearing good things about Rub Ribs & Bbq so we decided to visit their original branch at Tomas Morato. The place is small and there are already 4 people on the waiting list when we arrived there. We initially wanted to make a reservation from them, unfortunately, we learned that they do not allow reservation.
For the appetizer, we went for their Pepperoni Melt (Php 210.00). It contains 5 small breads and a cheesy pizza-like sauce you can use as topping for the bread. I really like the sauce since it’s a little spicy but the breads are very few and it’s not enough for the 4 of us.
Compared to the serving of the Pepperoni Melt, their ribs are really humongous. Our friend and my boyfriend’s brother who are more heavy eater than us went for Family Branch (Php 720.00 – Good for 4 Persons). While my boyfriend and I went for Super Duo (Php 390.00 – Good for 2 Persons). I had a hard time separating the meat of their ribs from the bones. But despite this, I still find their ribs good. And for only Php 390.00 and Php 720.00 an order, it’s a already a good deal for their size.
Overall, we enjoyed taking our hearty meal here. Their ribs are good and are very reasonably-priced.
